We have no intention of competing with chefs.

However, we put a lot of thought and soul into preparing the rich ingredients from the local Seto Inland and Satsuma areas.
We think of the ingredients that we want to serve that day with the people from the produce and fish stores.
We may not be professional chefs, but we stay devoted to preparing the ingredients by hand for a more heartwarming cuisine.
We await our customers with a variety of daily specials.

We have gathered various kinds of sake from all over Japan, and always have 40 or more kinds on hand at all times.
The brands may consist of sakes we fell in love with, or were introduced by our liquor supplier,
as well as those we have heard about from conversations with our customers.
