Full of the pleasures only possible at a small store
Himeji, located near the magnificent Seto Inland Sea.
Himeji offers many pleasures throughout the year. Enjoy the fresh seafood from the Seto Inland Sea,
as well as the vegetables and local sake that are only available in this area.
We make sure to express our gratitude to nature’s blessings, and prepare dishes that highlight the flavors of the ingredients.
We value the Japanese mindset and spirit in providing hospitality to our guests, and will work hard every day to fully satisfy your needs.
We hope to be of assistance in making a memorable time spent here.
We take pride in our small 15-seat store, full of our history and memories. We are eagerly awaiting your visit!
We have no intention of competing with chefs.
However, we put a lot of thought and soul into preparing the rich ingredients from the local Seto Inland and Satsuma areas.
We think of the ingredients that we want to serve that day with the people from the produce and fish stores.
We may not be professional chefs, but we stay devoted to preparing the ingredients by hand for a more heartwarming cuisine.
We await our customers with a variety of daily specials.
We make efforts and dedicate ourselves everyday in order to have our customers fully enjoy the seasonal flavors through all five of their senses.
If you have any special preferences, please share your secrets with us.
We have gathered various kinds of sake from all over Japan, and always have 40 or more kinds on hand at all times.
The brands may consist of sakes we fell in love with, or were introduced by our liquor supplier,
as well as those we have heard about from conversations with our customers.
Just like you meet many various people, we hope you will encounter all kinds of sake
that can spread joy and smile to you…
That is what we keep in mind when we listen to our customers.
A bit embarrassing, but we aim to be more than a izakaya (bars), but less than a kappo (course meal) restaurant
Rinko is a Japanese cuisine-centered restaurant, marked by the lantern by the entrance.
Once you step into the quaint entrance,
a space of comfort and relaxation will open before your eyes.
The interior is designed to increase our customer’s level of relaxation, and a style where you take your shoes off to enter.
You can enjoy various elements that will help you forget the passing of time.
